WHAT PEOPLE SAY…

Brilliant! “Jodi really listens to your individual needs and devises a plan in accordance with your goals. She is knowledgeable, and personable. Lovely and easy to work with.” E.Perdios, Hertfordshire

Lifelong Dieter - finally happy! “ I started with Jodi on her programme over a year ago and after a lifetime of trying various things I now feel comfortable with my body and weight! The coaching was insightful and really supportive. I often felt inspired by the coaches and others doing this in my group at the same time. I’m still on the programme and hope to keep a healthy weight and body. Highly recommend.” J Rogers, London

An amazing Coach! “Jodi knows a lot about the right foods, so you can diet without going hungry. She never made me feel like I was failing at my diet and would check in with me all the time to see how my progress was going. She gave me advice on the right meal choices and which exercises are good for me as I suffer from dial hernia. She never gave up on me, always gently guiding me towards my goal. I recommend her 100%” M.Bizjak, Majorca

 JODI’S STORY

“Hi, I’m Jodi, I’m a Health Coach. I also have 20+ years providing fitness & wellbeing advice in a variety of place like gyms, studios,  health retreats, as well as online. My naturopathic Health Coaching qualification is accredited by NHS’s PCI UK. I’m also a Full Member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the UK & International Health Coaching Association. As an experienced wellness professional who has coached ALL types of people (from amateurs to athletes, pre, postnatal and menopausal women to elderly, medically vulnerable and people with disabilities), I am well placed to share my knowledge with others by coaching them on how they can improve their fitness and achieve their health, including health and weight goals.  But aside from all this,  I also wanted to share with you my own health journey and teach you everything I’ve learnt to help you with your own wellbeing goals.

There have been two periods in my life where I have been unhappy with my own weight gain. The first time was in my 20s after injuring my leg at a work event (I used to work making TV documentaries). My injury meant I was quite sedentary for around 6-months, found it difficult to travel to work on the Underground and I found this really depressing and got bigger. Whilst rehabilitating and returning to fitness I decided to pack in my career and retrain as fitness trainer. I found “myself” again and enjoyed all the fitness classes, my appearance  and the energy this gave me. I’ve never looked back.

The second time I gained weight and my health suffered was after the birth of my second child. I found my 30s-early 40s the toughest time of my life and suffered with anxiety, low mood and low self confidence. As I’ve entered midlife I piled on the pounds again, gained belly fat that is difficult to shift, and that’s despite an active week of Pilates, dog walking and playing lots of tennis! It was during the pandemic I felt motivated to do something about this, partly because I needed to be my BEST in order to help others. I educated myself with fascinating courses on nutrition, used fitness apps to add more resistance type workouts and made a commitment to myself to practice self-care and be accountable with the food and drink that enters my body. I’m definitely a work in progress but I feel fitter now than I was in my 20s! Friends have remarked on how well I look (healthier hair, skin and body shape change), my tennis is getting stronger and the best part is that I feel energised, sleep well and I'm happier now than I’ve been for a long time. I feel I have a bit more sparkle when I wake up in the morning and it continues throughout my day as my body is fuelled correctly.

In 2022 I qualified as a naturopath and Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. With new learnings about how the body works, more on fitness, fascinating education on nutrition and coaching mindset I feel more able to educate, empower and support clients to make positive changes to improve their health and take control of their life.

I’n 2023 I became a partner of the London Hormone Clinic where along with some exceptional health professionals including, hormone doctors, GPs, functional medicine practitioners, and more.

I believe in the power of community and a great support network to keep me motivated, show up for exercise and keep me accountable with my meals. It’s taken commitment, re-education and consistency to keep me on the right track. I’m passionate about what I’ve learnt and want to share it with anyone interested to make a change to their health.
